Clubpenguin blog update: new igloo music today!

Filed under: Uncategorized — James J. Callas @ 10:22 pm

UPDATE BY THE SOURCE00: Hey Guys I own 3 sites. Club Penguin Seven, Club Penguin Quad, and The Club Penguin Trio. Now I need help to get hits on both sites SO PLEASE VIEW http://clubpenguinquad.wordpress.com and http://clubpenguintrio.wordpress.com

Hello Penguins,

Hope you’re still having fun with your instruments – we think it’s awesome that you’ve been playing in bands with your buddies. We’ve seen some pretty cool music-themed igloo parties around lately. Here’s a really creative one we found:

Music Igloo.jpgMake sure you check out the music playlist in your igloo today. We added some new tracks, including some of the songs from Music Jam! As always, we’d love to hear about the parties you’re throwing in your igloos and what music you like best.

In other news: We’ve heard from a few of you that you’ve seen penguins with a name like ‘P88935393’ instead of ‘Penguin88935393’ and you were wondering if it was a bug. Don’t worry — it’s not a bug. We just shortened the word so we could invite more penguins to join us on the island! And they’re like names – totally unique. If you’ve got one of those under your penguin, nobody else has the same one.

Until then…Waddle on!

Pop: I havnt checked out the music yet, but its supposed to be from the music jam so, its probably good.

Hi Guys!

 Snowy1900 here!

Sorry i havent posted in a while!

Well here is this weeks reveiw!!

                 Hello Penguins!

There were tons of great comments about your favorite Music Jam places. Linda4778 said:

I dont really know. All of them are amazing!!i think it might be the live music in the lighthouse because you can hear your own music. for example you play the drums and you hear the sound of drums playing. CP ROCKS!!

                    !2

We think that one’s cool because we heard a lot of you say that. So…since so many of you wrote about it, the team’s been working to make the Lighthouse stage a place where you’ll always be able to hear some of the instruments you play! Thanks Linda4778!

I was looking for today’s Reviewed by You question and noticed the article in the Club Penguin Times that talks about Gary the Gadget Guy. He says he wants to change the windows in the Underground—I wonder how he plans to do that? It sounds like he’s working on something that will require your help very soon (I’ll have an update next week)!! In the meantime, it got me thinking about his inventions. So we want to know: What’s your favorite Gary invention – and why?

Reviewed by You comments shouldn’t be more than about 75 words.

Then in the News paper G talks about replacing the windows in the cave!

Then here are the upcoming events!!

Happy 777 talks tunes (with screenhog!)

Filed under: Uncategorized — James J. Callas @ 3:08 am

Greetings, Penguins!

Music Jam (I like jam) is all wrapped up, but I think music is always cool to celebrate. We wanted to give you more ways to have fun with it, and if you check out the 101 Days of Fun Offline Activities on the website, you’ll see some sheet music. You can use it to learn to play a Club Penguin song! I know Screenhog’s really into music so I asked him about it.

musicpage2.jpg

Q: We checked out the sheet music – Where can penguins find that song in Club Penguin?
A: You can hear it on the homepage when you click the Tour Guide and start the movie.
Q: The team is doing some work at the Lighthouse stage so that (just like during the Music Jam) we’ll be able to hear certain instruments when we play there. What do you think?

A: I’m glad. However, I personally like seeing the songs that penguins play and sing all over Club Penguin even more.
Q: Do you play any instruments? Got any quick tips to share with other musically inclined penguins?
A: Yep, I can play a few – the alto saxophone, a few percussion instruments, but my all-time favorite is the piano. To any of you who play real instruments, keep it up! Find a song and see if you can learn how to play it, or even try and compose your own music. All of Club Penguin’s music is made by someone, and maybe someday that someone could be you!

New igloo music ready on Friday… Hope you’re still having fun with your bands. I’ll never get tired of having really loud igloo parties!
Until then…Waddle on!!

Clubpenguin blog update

Filed under: Uncategorized — James J. Callas @ 7:51 pm

Hello Penguins!

It’s been great to hear how much you loved the Music Jam. We saw tons of awesome bands, and you guys have been really creative all over the island with the music party stuff. A lot of you told us that you liked being able to hear your instruments at the Lighthouse stage. Since we heard from so many of you, we’re going to make that a permanent thing. The team is working so that in about a week, anytime you play at the Lighthouse stage with certain instruments, you’ll be able to hear them! Let us know what you think.

Even though the Music Jam is officially done, some of the party music will be available in your igloos this Friday. To get ready for the new tracks, check out the latest Better Igloos catalog (it came out just over a week ago), and then decorate with some music items to keep your own party going!

Until then…Waddle on!

Screenhog about the Music Jam

Hey Guys Source here! Here is stuff from Screenhogs Post of what she lists out!
Here’s a quick list of some of the things we don’t want you to miss at the party:

  • If you have an instrument, then you should go to the Lighthouse stage! If you play your drums, tuba, trombone, or any guitar, you can actually hear what you’re playing. Just wear the instrument (only the instrument and no other items) and dance!
  • The Underground Cave has a floor piano! Step on a key. Oh, and the switch on the wall lets you hear other penguins!
  • There are musical icicles in the Mine. Mouse over them!
  • Battle of the Bands at the Snow Forts! The stages are connected to a meter and the one with the most penguins wins!
  • The Music Maker 3000 is back! Last year it was in the Dojo but this time it’s near the Snow Forts. Bring some friends and play giant musical instruments.
  • Keep checking out the big stage at the Dock as it plays music from all of the other stages. (It’s also the entrance to the Backstage.)
  •
